Sinners will be punished
Old Comedy - comedy about political satire New Comedy - comedy that deviates away from political satire and makes fun of everyday family life
Comedy is something that will make you laugh until you pee yourself. There are two types of Comedy. Good Comedy and What is this guy thinking when he walked on stage. If you fit into the first one then you are fine. However, if you go in the second one....sorry but you suck. Practice makes perfect and great comedians.
Greek drama encompasses both tragedy and comedy. The Ancient Greeks were one of the first civilizations to have this type of theater where actors played roles.
It is divine law that Ismene breaks in "Antigone" by Sophocles (495 B.C.E. - 405 B.C.E.).Specifically, divine law and Theban traditions demand that all Thebans receive their god-given rights to below ground burials. The responsibility falls on family members to ensure that the rights are honored. Theban Princess Ismene makes no attempt to get her brother Polyneices buried. She therefore omits observing the mandatory requirements of divine law.
Sinners will be punished
One point that Dante makes in his Divine Comedy is the idea of divine justice, where souls are punished or rewarded according to their deeds on Earth. This concept is illustrated through the various circles of Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven that Dante explores in his journey.

The comedy was exceedingly delightful. If you think about your life as a comedy, you'll feel better about it. I love comedy. It makes me laugh so hard.

Dante's Inferno or Black and White
cause hes dead dmc3 dante hot Ignore this random stuff. Basically Dante is not evil in the game if you read the manual it says that dante is a deamon hunter *SPOILER ALERT* but it then makes you play as him through the second half of the game.
I am having a problem finding some of these too. I have found some which are1. They both go on journeys ( Dante's through hell, and Chaucer's to Cantebury).2. They both narrate their stories and refer to them self in the first person.3. And third they both show dislike for the Catholic Church (Dante does by putting various popes and catholic figures in hell, and Chaucer makes most of the catholic and church figures corrupt or evil).4. What both of these works have in common has less to do with the story or characters, but with the significant role each had in their countries use of language.Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) wrote The Devine Comedy in a language he called "Italian". This was a language mostly based on the regional dialect of Tuscany, but with some elements of Latin combined with a few other regional dialects. His goal was to reach a wide readership throughout Italy that included both laymen and clergymen as well as other poets like himself. Prior to the Devine Comedy, virtually all written work from this region had been in Latin only. It is for this reason that Dante is referred to as the father of the Italian language.Much like Dante, Geoffrey Chaucer (1343 - 1400) was also a crucial figure in developing the legitimacy of the vernacular, Middle English, which helped shape the modern English we use today. Prior to the The Canterbury Tales, the dominant literary languages in England were French and Latin. It is for this reason Chaucer is referred to as the father of English literature and why he and Dante are remembered not only for their collective writings, but for how each Magnum Opus stated above shaped the direction of the written word that's used today.
