The differences are:
Greece is set in high school and West Side Story isn't
Greece is light hearted and West Side Story is more serious
Musical Styles are very different
West Side Story is based on Romeo and Juliet and Greece is a new specially written story
Greece takes a whole school year and West Side Story takes place over just 2 days
Greece takes place in California and West Side Story is set in slum area of New York's west side
