In my opinion, yes- because adultery is considered a sin and Twerking involves the lower body movement, such as a sexual dance. If you twerk to show off your lust to others, then, lust and adultery is therefore a sin.
Another Opinion:
It is a sin, but not so much because of the above reasons. It tempts other people, sets a bad example, and does not glorify God.

- Gluttony

- Laziness
- Wrath
- Envy
- Pride
Dancing does not fall into any of those categories, unless someone is dancing out of pride. If you believe in the existence of the seven sins, that is. Most people do not.
