There are 2 ways to reset your Apex television.
1.) Hard reset. Unplug your TV for approx 4 hours (Maybe longer) and it should restore to factory settings.
2.) Turn your TV on. Proceed to turn TV off, Never letting go of the power button. Hold the power button for approx 20 seconds. Turn the TV back on. This should restore your TV to its factory settings.
(I do not know that the second works on all models, but I have an older one, and this has worked for me.)
