This one is fairly simple. There are two ways to make the baton tips sparlkly white. The first is to bleach them which was very popular in the 1960's. Make a solution of 1/2 cup clorine bleach to one gallon of water and dip your tips in for about five minutes. Take care to wash and rinse the tips thoroughly because the bleach will rot the rubber if you don't do this. This will give you white tips. If you need further protection, get nurses' white gloss shoe polish and polish the tips. Let it dry and they will be glossy white. They won't scuff as bad when you drop the baton with this method.
