the best no contract cell phone would probaly be....... kyceora x-tc from virgin mobile! only cause i have it and it is soooooooooooooo cool! it has cool features and also guess what? it slides open and has a full keyboard! now whem you look at the cell phone on a picture, or online or anywhere, ytou might think its a touch screen, NO WAY! hope i helped

AT&T has a great no-commitment plan. The phones are a little more expensive, but you won't be stuck in a contract. You could also go buy a Go Phone from AT&T or Verizon which is a cell phone that you pay by the minute. You can buy minute cards which puts minutes on your phone, otherwise, you won't be able to use it.
