First, open your Photos app. Then, open up the picture so it shows a full display. If you touch once on the picture, an options bar should appear at the bottom of the photo with a lot of symbols. Click on the symbol that looks like a trash can, and it will ask you if you want to delete it. From there, youc an delete a picture.

Why won't my Itouch 2.0 updated to 3.0 Connect to ANY computer?
Additional information about my Problem : I have had my Itouch since April of 09', and it has worked Great! But I recently upgraded it, and it worked okay for about a month or two, and for some reason it doesn't connect to ANY computers. I have tried to plug it into my Windows Vista, My Dell, And my brothers Mac. None of which work. I have downloaded the newest itunes software, some older too. I have reset both the itouch, and computer, and I have tried many combinations of this. I formatted the itouch by going into the settings and reseting and deleting all, and now it shows the same screen as it did when I bought it. It has the plug facing towards the Itunes Icon, saying "Itunes". Please tell me how I can fix this issue. Your help is greatly appreciated. One day I plugged it in to add more music to it and it worked fine, later on in the day I plugged it in to add more music, but it did not connect to anything at all. Please help me.
