∙ 11y agoThis problem happened to me. I just got my iPod back from repear and I cleared all my data. Still, my iPod is not turning on. I have tried lots of things that havent worked for me, but may work for you. -Hold the lock button and the home button at the same time for 10 seconds. -Turn it off (by doing step 1, however holding the buttons for 30 seconds.) and charge it -Connect it to iTunes and the iPod will turn on If this isn't working, then you could ask a professional :] Hope I helped :L

If you cant get your files to "drag" to your itunes. then Open your itunes and in the file menu click add folder to library. this will add all the files in that folder to your itunes library as long as they are Songs or videos.
