He obviously doesn't care much about you if he is kissing other girls or playing "dare" for that matter. Kisses aren't something you pass out to other people like that and "dare" is a game for people uninvolved and wanting some type of action.
(reply) Good point but his dare was from his friend and he really hates this girl, to be honest he cried because he was so upset, he didnt want to be called a baby also.
If his friends can influence him that much I would be very worried because it's obvious that he's dealing with peer pressure. He should be able to stand up to his friends and say NO and not care what they think of him after because by kissing another girl(and I don't care if he hates her) he went against your relationship.

You must be very young because "truth and dare" has been around since I can remember in the 1950's. There was no harm in it, but, when you have a boyfriend you shouldn't be kissing other boys. At least you were honest with him and since it was innocent you didn't expect when you told your boyfriend that he would take it so hard. Phone your boyfriend or go over to his house and start communicating. If he refuses then move on.
