Depends on how long you've been smoking a half a joint a day for. A month, a year, years, etc. Also, it depends on what your body fat % is. If you've smoked a half a joint a day for months or years, anywhere between 30 - 120 days to leave your system. More days if you carry a lot of body fat, and more toward the 30 day mark if you are lean. Sweating (exercising) coupled with consuming a lot of water daily will help shorten this period (slightly). If you are worried about this, then probably you should just "relax" on the weekend. That way your system won't be so saturated with THC. Hope this helps.
