You recently purchased a Colt M4 but am unable to adjust the collapsible stock you have tried everything to push or pull the release lever with no luck It is like the detente is frozen Help?

If it's a new purchase, call Colt customer service. If it's a used firearm, find a good gunsmith. I don't recommend you try to fix this yourself.
