normally, girls don't ask the boys out, so there's 20% chance she would. You shouldn't wait and you don't deserve to wait. Start talking to her and i know it might be hard for you, but at least try it. If she doesn't love you now then make her. Be with her, be her friend. It would be a long journey but you have to start somewhere. Ask her out when your ready. Because there's a 60% chance there are other people that like her and might ask her out before you do. Just don't be scared. Good things in life doesn't come easy ;)...good luck!
