Find out if he goes to a club or takes a specific bus, then make sure you're in the same place as him at the same time. Mention you've seen him around and get chatting-just act friendly at first. Ask for his number, the text him the next day, NOT the same day. Ask if he wants to meet up somewhere, don't do anything too romantic on a first date-the movies are good, or a Basketball game or somewhere you can have fun.
