well it could be coz he really wants some time to himself, he'll miss you and realize how much he likes you. :)Or maybe he wants to re-evaluvate the relationship, just coz both of you say you don't want to be with anyone else doesn't mean both of you are telling the truth. So don't rush in and start pressing for answers but move in slowly, give him time and let him know that you are there for him but not hovering over him 24/7. Let the situation play out and act accordingly, just don't rush in.

If after only 9 months he feels tied down and married of which you don't live together and arent even engaged, then he is immature and I wouldn't rely on a committed relationship with this person any time soon. I have been married for 20 years and I still don't feel tied down only because I always remained true to myself. Yes, I have had to make sacrifices but that comes along with maturity and selflessness. I cant imagine my life any other way. Yes, I dream and fantasize but that is healthy and I don't begrudge one decision I have made. I think you seriously need to look for someone else that will understand that dating during a 9 month period is getting to know one another, courting and seeing if you can have a future together. This guy has already put the kabosh on a good relationship, because he thinks your relationship is a problem. Run girl, run fast, don't waste one more day on this one.
