You have a posistive home preganancy test then start a period 3 weeks later then go to the doctor and they do a blood test that says I am pregnant. Is that common?

It is more common than we realize to bleed during a pregnancy. Sometimes it is caused by slightly low hormone levels so that what would usually be a period doesn't quite get prevented. Also, it can be a threatened miscarriage, and sometimes babies survive quite large amounts of bleeding.
