You had a misscarriage 3 months ago you were only a couple weeks then and now you are pregnant again but you are as far as you were then and having cramping is it happening again?

hopefully you will be OK... drink a bunch of water sometimes cramps and contractions come from dehydration. I would drink some water and rest with your feet up... They should go away. If there is blood with the cramping call your doctor or midwife.
