That's normal, because you are poisoned. Alcohol is a neurotoxin, and it takes the body a while to recover from large doses of it. Eating well and drinking lots of water will help.

Yes, after a night of heavy drinking, I feel sick for 2-3 days sometimes. It is horrible and seems gets worse as you get older. Sometimes I spend the whole day throwing up or I just feel nauseous for days. Either way it is awful. I never used to have that problem.
