Protein IS good for muscle building but if you don't work it off the meat or other types of protein, will just turn into fat.
Stay away from steroids because they make your pee pee small.
But diet wise:
Breakfast: Well balanced.. maybe some fruit and a protein shake with a peice of toast or something.
Lunch: Meat, Vegies, whatever you want really.
Dinner: This meal should be your smallest portion of the day while breakfast is your largest. Really, Its not so complicated, just make sure what your eating isn't fatty and your meals are balanced.
Don't think all you can eat is protein. that's not true you NEED fruits and vegis just as much as you need the meat to build muscle. but in your case the meat is good for you. its more calories so you can burn that back off when you work out all that protein will turn to muscle.
