Most people like parties; however, most people would not want to go and commit a gaffe, otherwise known as a social faux pas (error). One could commit a social lack of gracefulness on purpose and find it (and the reaction) entertaining, but that would not necessarily be a gaffe. A gaffe involves error, which means an unintended outcome. So, no, I would prefer, like most people, to go with you to the party if I can be gaffe free during the entire event. - Jasmine 6th grader
