No. The lead of the shot is MUCH softer than the steel of the barrel. However, if you have a RIFLED slug barrel, expect poor accuracy with any shot load- the rifling will make the plastic shot cup spin, and as it leaves the barrel, centrifugal force will make the shot pattern open into a "doughnut" shape.
Not unless you want to destroy the barrel and perhaps hurt yourself.
As a general rule, no.
That would be "Shooting Dogs".

Depends on who did the threading. A professional job, no.
yes you can use a 15 gauge to pierce your nose i did. and it hurt a lil bit but yes you can

Depens on how you place the Gun onto your shoulder. Make sure it isn't placed on the top of any bones...Place it onto a muscle contract it so you fit and hold the gun tight... Prepare for your first shot, and pull the trigger. Probably you'll feel a little bit of an annoying hard shock into your shoulder..but just keep shooting, you get used to the gun.
Um, yes. Anytime you stretch a piercing it will hurt. Wait until it heals fully. Or, you can buy hollow needles, the kind used to tag cattle..(they are sterile) which is better. You shouldn't even do it yourself it could become infected.
a Blank can hurt or even kill if a person is standing very close to the barrel of the weapon as the resulting flash of powder can burn terribly
