I just had my first go of sauerkraut last night.. Well I don't know how much exactly but it was covering the whole length of a footlong hotdog by half an inch. Oh yes at first it made me dizzy, had to stop the car a couple of times to take a breather, when I got home I became more dizzy & it went worst due to light sensitivity. It felt like I was drunk but without the awful taste & smell of liqour in my mouth. I ended up vomiting the €7 meal I had. So my answer is yes, it made me vomit & also curse sauerkraut.
