Will cheating make you a unfit mother?

• Mothers, fathers or both who cheat do not have 100% of their attention on their children and a love affair with someone could cause the mother in this case to do things she may not normally do such as being so infatuated with her lover that she is not cautious about getting a proper babysitter; if one of the children is older than their siblings and can legally babysit they often end up the parent looking after the little ones; bringing home someone the mother does not know well is putting children at risk such as the lover having no patience with the children and finding them more of a nuisance and hitting them to possibly sexually assaulting them (this happens more than one thinks.) When adults bring up children they are suppose to set a moral standard for their children and if the mother cheats young children know something is wrong and children learn quickly and end up as they start to grow up feeling that cheating is either normal or resenting their mother for cheating (especially if her cheating caused a divorce.) If married or living with the father and the mother is cheating there is another risk where he could get full custody of the children. Love can be blind, but children should always come first.
