∙ 14y agoDoes it ask you for your billing info? I had the same problem and I found out that Canadians cannot use gift cards for games or applications.

∙ 13y agoIt would have been better if you had specified your problem. One of the possible reasons is that you either don't have an Apple account, or if you do, don't have any billing info on it.
