omg do i really need to answer that. i mean i you want to make a sale you need to smile and be pleasant. You will find that it is so much better.

The customer does not have to be at your store. If they can get the same product down the road, which in a free market economy they probably can, they will if your staff is being obnoxious enough. They'd pay a little more for better, friendly service than put up with some jerk.
