Ugh... There are so many reasons we should, and yet so many reasons we shouldn't. I am in school, and I do have a phone, so I guess I can explain. If there was an accident, we could easily contact the parent/guardian. If we miss the bus, we could call and ask someone to pick us up. Those are just a few reasons.
