A person is heartless because they have been in to much pain to even know what pain is. So those people have put away all there emotion to not be hurt again, and when they do that they also have put aside all the people they care for. Whenever you talk to them they won't answer if necessary, they will just give you a cold face and walk away. So know that when people are heartless it not because they want to, it because of what happen in their life that make them who they are.
