It depends what you mean by 'secretive'. If shes constantly making excuses, avoiding you and just has a twitchy look about her then something may be up - however unless you confront her you're not going to know what. Dont be accusing, just ask if shes okay and explain you are concerned about her. If she doesnt want to talk about it then you have to consider how open your relationship is. But don't panic if she doesnt, it might just be something embarassing that she isn't up to discussing.
The best thing you can do is just be supportive and hope she will explain the situation. But again if she doesnt, as long as you don't think it involves anything dangerous, respect her and don't pry - everyone is entitled to some privacy :)
