It is not good to eat junk food because you get high cholesterol, memory loss, fat transfer, lowered immunity, bad cardiovascular function, high sugar levels, it makes your life shorter, it's harder to do things and slows down your heart. Is there anything I possibly forgot??!! Oh and you can get scurvy, a disease caused by poor diet.

Junk food may taste good but has lots of calories, sodium, sugar, and fat. Most junk food in low in vitamins and minerals. You can have junk food sometimes but the other food groups are much more important. Remember that the grains group is what you need most of but you must eat a balanced diet! :)
