Sure....it won't kill you. It may make the person getting it have some kind of allergic reaction to the polish, but I would think this unlikely. Just DO NOT try to use it as actual tattoo ink by pushing it in the skin or an open wound.

According to several tattoo forums, it goes in black but fades to a graywash color. It has a very harsh smell and is alcohol based. It can work, but overall, it is not a reccomended tattoo ink.
