I feel that Cleo sounds like a boy name. Clifford is close to Cleo, so is Leo. However, my mom thinks it is a girl name. I have searched this name and it is either a boy or girl's name. Just like Taylor is either. (But I feel Taylor sounds more like a girl's name...just my opinion.)
