80 proof vodka will freeze at -27 °C. Most household freezers do not get that low.

However, the flavored Svedka products are only 70 proof (35% ABV). The freezing point on those is a little higher; probably about -22 °C, which is attainable with some household freezers.

If you have unflavored Svedka, and you got it from a reliable source, the most likely explanation is that someone has nicked part of your Svedka and replaced it with water.
