The time that marijuana stays in your system varies on how much you smoke, how many times you've smoked in the past, your metabolism, body weight, daily exercise ect. But the reason that it takes awhile for THC to get out of your system is because THC is stored in fat cells and it takes awhile to burn fat. People say that it's only in your blood stream and if you drink alot of water your body will dispose of it but to tell you the truth that doesnt work as well as it sounds. All drinking water does is cleans out the remote THC that hasn't attached to a fat cell yet. So if you want to clean your system fast eat alot of red meats, drink water, do lots of exercise ect.

Everyone is really over complicating this.
The answer everyone's looking for actually quite obvious.
It stay's in your system because, brace yourself, IT'S HEALTHY!
Your body isn't trying to get rid of it!
Like a manufactured chemical or a drug.
It is very difficult for anybody to calculate the actual time taken for the drug to react and show its effects. So, we call this approximate calculation as half life. If you have smoked marijuana then the drug will stay for 3 to 30 days. This is normal for the common drugs. But in the case of marijuana, this can be detected even after a month in Urine drug test marijuana. Marijuana will stay in your system for 10 days if you have been smoking occasionally. If it is smoked on regular basis it will be there up to 45 days and if you smoke constant pace then it will be in the system for as long as 90 days. KEEP ON SMOKING :)
cause we cavemen we like weed weed good for soul
It's in your system for up to 30 days however it is primarily based on weight as THC (Active and traceable substance in Marijuana) stays in fat cells so the skinnier you are the less amount of time it stays in your system. disreguard ^ listen cannabis is going to stay in your system no less then a week if you drink a few glasses of water each day. For me 125 lbs 5'7 female . I get it out in three days tops.
Yes, marijuana (more specifically THC) tends to stay in the system for about a month or so. Sorry for the bad news. Good luck at that drug screening
Noyou need to be smoking or digesting marijuana for it to be in your system. You can not get it in your system from touching someone or walking past someone. this is very true cause i smoke myself so i should know but there are various ways of passing a drug test if you are interersted let me know.
Not long. About the same time as marijuana but it's legal so it can't be found/ show up in a standard drug test
If you smoked marijuana while you've had that hair growing on your head, marijuana use is detectable, so however long it takes you to grow a head of hair.
drink a lot of water, thatll get it out of ur system faster. but marijuana can stay in ur hair for a long time, so get a haircut.
Less than a month. Smoking more often than that stays in your system for 30 days, so 6 hits is nothing.
Almost any amount can stay in your system for up to a month. unlike most drugs, its fat soluble so its detectable in your blood and urine.
Depends on the person, (how fat you are) and how often you exercise. But its just a really big hit so a maximum of 3 days. (if you are clean)

it has a long life so it can stay in the system for up to 5 days.
It depends on how active you are and how much water you drink. It could be out by now, but marijuana can stay in your system for a month or so. I would say you are good by now.
It is not a narcodic so it won't matter how long it's in your system as it is not tested for
I used to get tested once a week and smoke right after the test every week. I was always clean so it takes no more than 7 days
Depending on the level of THC in your body, it can stay in your system for 30 days. With excercise and drinking alot of fluids it can go away in about 4-7 days.but fortunently marijuana is a natural herb the great lord created and toked it too so you make it illegal
