If you have dark hair, even a very slight growth can produce a shadow across the upper lip. If you are a female, you can either bleach it, or wax it. If you are a black female I would say just wax it. If you are a male, then maybe your getting to the age of shaving, however, if you are a young adolescent, or younger, I would check it out with your parents before taking any action. When I was 14 years old, classmates were making fun of me because of this issue. I told my mother I wanted to shave. Now, I don't really know why, but she was against me shaving and instead opted to use Nair hair remover. Please do not put this on your lip unless you really like pain!! Now, all the above is just a personal opinion.
