That is a normal effect of sit-ups, since you're exercising your abdomen and the muscles are destroyed and recovering. You dont need to worry about that but if you want a flat stomach or some abs to show, you will need to eat low fat foods, drink a lot of water and eat high protein foods, in order for the muscle to fully recover.

because your running and tumbling and if you eat before you go it mite not be digusted yet but if you don't eat that could be the reason why never do a sport in an empty stomach. There are many reason why I'm in team so I' now how you feel

You are putting too much strain on the muscles you call the 'six packs'. If they hurt a lot you have torn them. So you need to go slow and steady.
