Well guys flirt with girls in public is because girls are always normally in public, or they are hanging out with there friends in public, and the guy is attracted to you which in turn leads him to go and talk to the girl*if he has the guts too*. The other reason why guys flirt with girls in public is because they were looking for new people to get to know and find out about, so they happen to approach a girl out in public, which in turn could lead to flirting. Guys can never really find a girl alone they are normally with friends and not in a area where you consider "private".
