Why does a guy you like and think likes you always asks the girl you hang around with how she is doing but won't ask you when he knows something is wrong?

well the main reason this happens is the guy may be afraid to talk to you directly if you don't have much of a relation ship going and alot of guys get nervous talking to a girl they care for and are afraid the wrong words may come out of their mouth and ruin any chance of a relationship with you.
