The guy might actually not like that picture, but he says he likes it to make you smile and happy. Tip if you know the guy likes you don't send him a picture with a lot of skin showing and say your going to post it on Instagram because he doesn't want other guys falling for you. If your thinking "well why doesn't he just ask me out." just give him time it may be complicated for him and he might be shy.
