we need to eat 5a day because if we didn't follow the 5a day, we would be eating the wrong amount of stuff! and also, if we don't eat the right amount of food,we might die!

e.g I eat a lot of sweets and hardly any fruit and vegetables. that was not a very healthy and good person.

this person is much better.

e.g I only eat sweets in the weekend and I eat 8a day!
