People want justice for many reasons. For one, people usually want the singular perspective of justice. This means that the person wants what they think is right to be enforced because they think it. However, there is a smaller set of those who want moral justice, which means that the person wants what is morally correct done. However , moral justice is not enforced through government (at least not purposefully). Moral justice can be biased in a sense, but is probably set in a different category. Moral justice is usually based off of religious beliefs and those who support real moral justice usually feel that if a person did something wrong that they would be punished by their religious deity(ies), so they usually only fear of the "defendant" committing the crime that they were accused of again.
