The Reason for those who ramp and rave about owning a gun is a bad thing, base only on misinformation, Propaganda of popular conditioning. Most people believe what the media and government's tells them but in many cases this is misinformation. If you allow the removal of the guns from the Citizen then the only ones that would have them are criminals and the government and who would be able to hold them accountable, at this time every one is at bay because of this, the Real issue to this problem is responsibly of the one who is holding the the weapon.
