People go red in the face from the extra blood flow throughout their bodies required by the extra exercise. The face has hardly any fat and the blood fills the capilary cells beneath the skin making them red faced. The face has more capillary cells than any other part of the body and if you get even a tiny scratch, the area will bleed profusely. Same for the ears. This is why mothers of small children who get a scratch on these area goes beserk because their child is bleeding so profusely. Its just a natural occurrance. As a former paremedic, I have had to explain this more than a few times to calm mom or dad down.

When we engage in physical activities, our body temperature rises, causing blood vessels near the skin's surface to dilate in order to release heat. This dilation can give the skin a red or flushed appearance as more blood flows closer to the skin's surface to aid in cooling the body down.
Just don't think about being red and be mature
When people laugh, their blood vessels dilate to increase blood flow. This increased blood flow to the face can cause the skin to appear red or flushed. Additionally, laughing involves increased respiratory activity, which can further contribute to a reddened appearance in the face.
Red is often associated with anger because it is a color that typically evokes strong emotions. In psychology, red is linked to increased heart rate and blood pressure, which are physical responses commonly associated with anger. Additionally, red is commonly used in warning signs and signals, which can further reinforce its association with anger and danger.
The symbol for anger is often represented by a red face, clenched fists, or steam coming out of ears. It can also be symbolized by the color red, sharp objects, or flames.
People may bully individuals with red hair because they look different from the majority, leading to teasing or discrimination based on physical appearance. This behavior is often rooted in ignorance, stereotypes, and a lack of understanding or acceptance for diversity. It is important to acknowledge and celebrate differences rather than use them as a basis for bullying.
