It is generally true that our experience is created by a process starting with a thought or idea, progressing to words, and finally culminating in action.

However, we cannot always give an immediate, clear and accurate account of what is influencing our feeling, thinking and actions. Many of the factors influencing this are hidden from our everyday, waking consciousness.

For example, subconscious “drivers” are psycho-emotional mechanisms that exert control over some of our actions or - more correctly - some of our unwitting behaviour patterns.

Such psycho-emotional drivers point to behaviours we developed in childhood to keep us feeling emotionally stable, comfortable and in a balanced mind.

They are characterised by what we felt we needed to be, in order to feel safe in our contact and communication with others. Five main drivers were observed and explained by Taibi Kahler, and this work was published 1975.

Conditioned (“pre-programmed”) psycho-emotional reactions explain how human behaviour produces many repeats of the same kinds of experience.

However, not all human motivation is controlled or influenced only by those five specifically researched psycho-emotional drivers …

… Because, at their deepest level, all human actions are motivated by just one of two emotions — Fear or Love.

Fundamentally, there are only two emotions; there are only those two words in the vocabulary of the human soul (the soul is the very innermost person). These two emotions correspond to the opposite ends of the great, universal polarity which was produced in the creation of our universe, and of our world as we know it today.

These are the two points which hold in being the system we call “relativity”.

Relativity enables evaluation of the similarities and differences between things. This is how we draw information from our endlessly differentiated and diverse environment. Without these two points, without these two ideas about things, no other idea could exist.

Those two points, or “poles”, have been called “the Alpha and the Omega”, signifying the universal contextual field of sentient existence and experience. In short, they hold in place the system that we call Relativity.

Every human thought, and every human action, is thus rooted in either love or fear. There is no other human motivation. All other ideas are but derivatives of these two; they are just different versions—different twists on the theme.

Give this some deep reflection and you will see that it is true.

This emotion, or thought, has been called the Sponsoring Thought. It is either a thought of love or fear. It is the thought >> behind the thought >> behind the thought.

This is the original thought, and it is the essential energy that drives the engine of human experience.

Every human thought, word, or deed is based in one emotion or the other. We have no choice about this, because there is nothing else from which to choose. But we have free choice about which of these to select.

We also have total freedom to adopt the values, ideas and beliefs, and the purposes, that we each, individually choose and decide upon. And, we can modify these at will.

Our deeply held beliefs and values, also, will determine our motivations, attitudes, and behaviours.
