because we are black women (Negro's) most black women that I know are loud and ghetto but that's just the way you are . you are what you are I mean like if you loud and ghetto then you loud and ghetto there ain't nothing wrong with that because i ain't going to lie I'm half Black And White With A Little Indian but I'm loud and most definitely ghetto

There are many black women who speak perfect English with excellent etiquette and some black women with French or English accents. However, some of the poor black population feel that if 'one of their own' has an opportunity to get an education or to better themselves they seem to resent it because they feel left behind and therefore some blacks can torment their own kind that have received a better education.
