Why do most Christians practice sex outside marriage especially before marriage?

A:We may like to believe that sex is a matter for religion, but really it is not. Religion only creates an environment conducive to the very misconduct it condemns.

Christians have sex before marriage for the same reason Muslims do, whenever given the chance. We all have a natural urge to procreate, especially in our early adulthood, which usually means before marriage. It is when this urge is denied that we get examples such as paedophilia among Catholic priests, rape and sexual assaults committed by young Muslims, or Pashtun homosexuality in Afghanistan. A healthy society is one in which pre-marital sex is permitted as long as both parties are fully consenting.

• sex before marriage (called fornication or adultery) is sinful in Judaism and Christianity (Refer to question below).
• It is also strictly forbidden and is sinful per Islam religion and Quran teachings.
• God religions do not forbid sexual act but religions control it and teach that it should be practiced only within licit marriage.
• However, currently it is usual for a Christian couple to practice sex without marriage even the girl or the boy can invite his/her partner to the family house and get their chance to practice sex without marriage and with their parents knowledge and appraisal. They even may get babies outside marriage and they don't feel any shame or sin of that.
• Although, some Muslims may do the same but they feel that they are doing sin by practicing sex without marriage and they try to do it away from the knowledge of their parents and their society and they consider it shameful. They try to repent after that and ask God for forgiveness.

Since the fall in the Garden of Eden, mankind has been trying to prove they can do anything/everything on their own - not needing God's instruction. But history itself, shows how misguided we humans are and how most suffering and evil enters into our world through our lack of knowledge and discipline:

Having lived through the 'sexual-revolution' of the 1960s in the USA, I can say from experience that the moral fiber once holding this great nation together has been slowly unravelling due to permissiveness and a loss of respect for others and the institute/covenant of marriage. IMO, the once mighty UK is also in this same boat - a bit ahead of the USA on the same road of decline .
