Its really a respect thing. A person cannot expect their partner to perform sexual acts that may include anything oral, etc. without properly cleansing themselves. Because in most cases guys don't want to perform acts and have to deal with 8hrs of fermenting sweat etc. burning their nose and mouth, only to make negative thoughts of ther partner.
