Why do girls wear short skirts?

To you, long shorts could be knee length, which isn't long at all).

To tease boys. They know we want to see their underwear so they wear mini-skirts that get us excited because we think we're going to see, and then they don't let us. It makes them feel good to know they've got us all hot and bothered over them. That's why girls are always letting their skirts flutter up in the breeze or pretending to pick at their ride-up through their skirts - it's so we can't think about anything else. This is getting so bad I can't walk through my town centre in summer without at least a dozen girls tantalizing and tormenting me this way.
