I am a nice girl, but I can be a horrible Bword to my awesome husband for "no reason" when he pushes a button... Girls attach emotions to things. That is what makes us great mothers, great wives, and caring people. But sometimes those emotions get attached to things when the two shouldn't be connected. For example, certain songs conjure horrible feelings based on the way some a- hole treated me in high school, so those negative feelings come around with the song. Broken hearts, embarrassed hearts, mistreated hearts, etc., all react to people and situations differently than unbroken hearts. Girls have a hard time dealing with the conflicting demands of being nice and being sexy. Girls want to give guys what they want, but some of us get frustrated when we don't know. Girls hear fairytales as children, and it takes a couple of broken hearts to learn that fairytales don't happen without a little effort. We are insecure with ourselves, even if we don't seem like it. Don't take it so personally, we are just defending ourselves from your lack of concern for our emotions. That isn't meant blame you for anything. We are sensitive. Men aren't as worried about feelings. Just get used to it.
