Why do boys think kissing is gross?

They don't, it's usually that we are too scared/nervous/don't know what to do that we will often say it's gross so that we don't have to do it.

Trust me when i tell you that most teenage boys (and in fact most of the other guys i know) think about nothing much else than kissing and touching girls their whole lives!
