You probably aren't eating right and are under stress. This can change your cyles and make you irregular too. You need to take vitamins. Drink lots of milk. I used to have the same problem before I had my daughter and that seemed to help.
This is normal. Women usually get cramps during ovulation and ovulation occurs a few weeks before your period
It could be a sign that you are pregnant.Your "period" might actually be implantation bleeding. You should wait and do a pregnancy test when your normal period is expected

Hello, Yes it could be a sign of pregnancy.
Sometimes I get that way & will even have cramps too! Usually when this happens, I will have a really short, light period. I wouldn't worry about it, your body is just storing the water it will need a little early.
Yes, you can get implantation bleeding and cramps if you get pregnant. This may occur two weeks after you believed you were due to start your period.
I had early pregnancy bleeding and cramps at about 3 days after i discovered i was pregnant, i was about 4 weeks gone, the cramps were really bad, felt like bad period pains and it was all in the bottom of my back, it stopped after 4 days and everything is fine still
Was the pregnancy 7 weeks gone or was it 7 weeks ago? It's not uncommon to have cramps afterwards and the period comes back within 2 months counting from the abortion.
Although menstrual cramps are common, they are not a normal part of healthy menstruation - as such there is nothing to say that you will get cramps at all,and if you do experience cramps know that they are preventable. When you could get cramps depends on your body, typically they can start as early as a week to two weeks before menstruation.
