How can the oviduct be blocked?

A woman can only become pregnant if an ovum (egg cell) from her ovary is released into the oviduct and fertilised by a sperm there before moving down into the uterus and becoming implanted in the endometrium wall. If your oviducts are blocked, the ovum cannot travel into it and meet sperm so it can be fertilised so pregnancy is impossible.

Can pregnancy occur if a fallopian tube has hydrosalpinx and capped off?

If both fallopian tubes are completely blocked, then no, she cannot naturally become pregnant. If just one was blocked, then she could become pregnant because an egg could still travel from one fallopian tube. If they were both blocked and she wanted to become pregnant, she could either undergo a procedure to unblock the tubes (the most likely procedure) however if this did not work or was not possible she could have an egg extraction where some eggs are removed from her ovary/ovaries and artificially fertilised using her husband/partner's sperm and then put inside her womb, or where the eggs were put inside her womb and then her and her partner/husband have sex and naturally conceive a baby. You can use antibiotics and herbal medicine Fuyan Pill to treat blocked tube. It can be cured. If left untreated, inflammation would spread.
